Global Overview and Goal of Add-In Buttons Most educators may have limited exposure to programming and statistical analyses and need assistance in generating required statistical output. The goal of the Add-In buttons is to provide a mechanism where programmers and statisticians can help educators by creating the “models” you suggest in an easy to access format, i.e., point-and-click from the data set to the “add-in” button and produce the requested analyses. Additionally, to support these efforts, a director of training and instruction through NORMES and the Arkansas Department of Education will provide seminars on use of E-Guide and how to incorporate these materials in your instructional programs. NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE ENTERPRISE GUIDE INSTALLED BEFORE YOU INSTALL THESE ENTERPRISE GUIDE ADD-INS. The Custom Add-Ins are ONLY available for Windows 2000/XP. Due to differences in the Win9x system registry tree structure, the installers WILL NOT WORK with Win98 or Win95.

2006 Math Strand Analysis Overall	This report provides a 5 year trend analysis for mathematics strand performance grades 4, 6 and 8 and a 2 year trend analysis for mathematics strand performance by grade level.

2006 Literacy Strand Analysis Overall	This report provides a 5 year trend analysis for literacy strand performance grades 4, 6, 8 and 11, and a 2 year trend analysis for literacy strand performance by grade level.

2006 ACSIP Report	This report provides data tables with the number and percentage of students proficient and not-proficient for the combined population and all subgroups for the 3 most recent years needed for ACSIP planning.

2006 Literacy AIP Spring Enrollment	This report will print one page per student. Select Report, Print, Preview and Print from the left Report Menu in the portal. ITBS will be added to the report in late August.

2006 Appeals Discrepancy Report	A quick list report of students whose demographic and/or ID data do not match between the test and APSCN datasets. This report is for the 2006 AYP appeals process.

2006 ITBS Proficiency	This report button allows schools to compare the performance of their students with that of other students in the region and state. Bar graphs display ITBS mean scaled scores by subtest for each grade assessed.

2006 ITBS Rank Order Student Report for K-2 IRI.AIP	This report provides a list of students in rank proficiency order using Reading Profile Total & Math Total Minus Computation for determining K-2 AIP and IRI.

2006 Pie Charts	Provides pie charts for 3-year trend analysis of the number & percentage of students in each performance class for literacy & mathematics at the school level.

2006 SIR	This report button generates a copy of the 2006 School Improvement Reports (ADE reports) required for federal NCLB legislation and Arkansas Acts 35 and 1467. This 3-page report includes the combined population AYP status, the subgroup AYP status and the safe harbor calculations for subgroups.

2006 Discrepancy Report	This report button generates a print-ready report to be used by school administrators to review discrepancies in enrollment and test demographic data prior to the ADE issuing school improvement reports. This report lists only those students whose reported APSCN or test demographic information, do not match . This report button groups students by the type of data that is mismatched, i.e., students with mismatched race, students with mismatched mobility, etc..

Installing Add-ins: 1) In Internet Explorer left click on the Add-In link. 2) Click Open. 3) Click Next 4) Click Next 5) Click Next 6) Click Install 7) Click Finish (Make sure there is a check next to the Launch option.) 8) Click OK. This will indicate that the Add-In Button installation is complete. (If you had enterprise guide open during this sequence of events close it then re-open it.) Uninstalling previous versions of the Add-Ins: 1) Open up Enterprise guide, click Tools,Customize WARNING: DO NOT REMOVE THE IMPORT DATA ADD-IN 2) Click the Add-Ins tab, Select the Add-In you will be replacing by clicking it once, Click on Remove. Now you can close Enterprise guide and Install the updated Add-ins.
