IMPORTANT! First-Time Portal Users ONLY ! In Internet Explorer some settings can cause problems logging on to the portal. To avoid problems follow these steps. In the Internet Explorer menu: Click Tools ==> Internet Options ==> Content Tab ==> AutoComplete In the AutoComplete screen: Click in the box next to 'Usernames and passwords on forms' to deselect this option. Click 'Clear Passwords'. Click 'OK'. Click on the ED.STATS icon to proceed to the portal login page. |
